When you start up with VNN, you’ll be assigned a specific media manager who will take you through training and partner with you as your site grows. They’ll be your first contact if you’re having an issue or need to ask a question and can direct you to the right spot. In addition, one of our support staff is always managing our ticket queue on ZenDesk – just send your question to support@varsitynewsnetwork.com and they’ll figure it out as soon as possible.
